Betty L. PabstCroswellBetty L. Pabst, age 89,  a resident of Croswell passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Milestone Manor in Croswell. She was born on May 24, 1927 in Detroit, the  only child of the late  Ernie and Frieda (Danielson) Bernhardt.  Betty married Leonard Pabst  on August 22, 1945 in Detroit.  He preceded her in death on  June 14, 2010.Betty and her husband Leonard owned and operated the Pabst- Ben Franklin Store in Croswell which has been owned and operated by  the  Pabst family for the last 83 years,  of which Betty was a big part of  for 72 years.   She was a devoted and longtime  member of  the First Presbyterian Church in Croswell, where she also taught Sunday School.  Betty was also a member of the Eastern Star in Croswell.Betty  was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and friend to many, she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.She is survived by her children, Gayla (Tom) Todd  and  Larry (Barbara) Pabst, both of Croswell.  5 grandchildren, Kim (Andrew) Young, Kelly (Matt) Holbrook, Troy (Natalie) Todd, Mindy Rule, and Ben (Jenna) Pabst; 14 great grandchildren, Cameron (Cheyenne), Kaitlin, Kylee, Caden, Carter, Colton, Keely, Tyler, Dillon, Leah, Grady, Adrianna, Bree, and Claire; and 1 great great grandaughter, Brighton.Visitation will be from 2-9 PM  on Sunday at  the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Croswell and from 12 Noon until 1 PM Monday at  the church on Monday.Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM on Monday  at the First Presbyterian Church in  Croswell.  Rev.
