Dubester, Betty (Nee Zell), age 81, passed away at her home at Brookdale Senior Living Stonefield on Sat., Jan. 7, 2017. Her family was close by. Betty was born on May 27, 1935 in Milw., WI to Morris and Celia (nee Siegel) Zell. She graduated from South Division High School in Milw. Betty went on to work at the First WI National Bank as a teller. She married Edward Phillip Dubester in Aug. of 1956. Together, they had two sons. Eddie and Betty enjoyed traveling together as well as spending time with family and friends. Edward was the founder and President of Mared Mechanical. Along with Betty's support Edward built the company to employ over 100 people. Betty enjoyed many things including bowling, cards (mahjong), dancing, music (and singing), traveling and being in the company of friends and relatives. Betty also enjoyed baseball and basketball. She was an avid Brewers and Bucks fan. She is survived by her sons: Robert (Pamela) and Jay (Lori); 4 grandchildren: Chad, Brandon, Caitlyn and Jace Dubester; her brother: Donald (Daisy) Zell; plus nieces, nephews and her little sweethearts: Kobe & Maddie. Graveside funeral services Weds., Jan. 11 at 1PM at Second Home Cemetery, 3705 S. 43rd Street, Milw. Memorial donations made to the of Southeastern WI or Agrace Hospice Care of Madison appreciated.
