Belinda Barnes, 70, of Washington, D.C., passed Friday, January 11, 2019. Belinda was born to Fred E. Thomas, and Ann Simmons, February 02, 1948 in Washington D. C.

Belinda received a degree from Howard University. She married Andrew Barnes in 45 years of marriage, and they lived together in Washington. Belinda worked at Nurse until she retired in 39.

Belinda is survived by 3 children: April Barnes, James Barnes (Susan Barnes), and Liam Barnes. She also is survived by 3 grandchildren Jayda Barns Ingram, Tim Barnes and Kaleb Barnes.
