SHERMAN - Ms. Barbara Delois Brown, age 69 of Sherman, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at her home in Sherman. A celebration of her life, will be held 12 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Bonham. Reverend Charles Gent will be the Eulogist. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Ravenna. Barbara was born on March 11, 1947 in Ravenna, TX to parents, Odell and Annie Hill Brown. She was employed by Wilson N. Jones Hospital as a Pharmacy Technician, and retired from there after many years of service. Barbara accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and was a faithful member of the Union Baptist Church in Ravenna.She was preceded in death by her father and sisters, Minnie Jones and Millernease Anderson. She is survived by her spouse, OH Hubbard, son Trevor Brown, daughters, Felicia Lee Brown, Starla Brown and Misty Brown,7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, mother Annie Brown, brothers, Morgan Brown, Curtis Brown, Alvin Brown and Milton Brown, Sisters Effie Scruggs, Malena Furtch, Audrey Rayford and Greta Gale Brown, and many other relatives and friends.Personal condolences can be made online at www.cravensfuneralhome.com.
