Aurora Farias1930 - 2014Aurora Farias, 84, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at her residence.She was born on April 26, 1930, to the late Raymond and Martha (Torrez) Ruiz in Blue Island, Ill.She married Jose Farias, he preceded her in death on Sept. 19, 1975.Aurora worked in food service for several years at Great Lakes Naval Base.Aurora loved music, looked forward to family outings, cooking and watching old movies. She was a very outgoing woman.Aurora is survived by her children Anita Farias of Kenosha and Ruben (Lynn) Farias of Waukegan, her five brothers Peter (Carole) Ruiz Sr., Ray (Pat) Ruiz, Joey Ruiz, Robert (Chris) Ruiz and Frank (Carol) Ruiz and her four sisters Patro Limon, Espie Gonzales, Gloria (Sonny) Alfaro and Susie Furlan, her eight grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by a two sons Joseph and David, a daughter Julie and three brothers Boniface Torrez, Angelo Ruiz and Richard Ruiz.Private Family Services will be held.Bruch Funeral Home3503 Roosevelt RoadKenosha, WI 53142262-652-8298Visit AurorasOnline Memorial Bookwww.bruchfuneralhome.net
