Garcia, Anne M. 96, formerly of Phoenix, AZ passed away on 11-28-2016 in Leesburg, Florida. She has left this world to be reunited in heaven with her husband Jose J. Garcia and daughter Anita M. Garcia. Anne Garcia was born on June 18, 1920 in Minneapolis, MN to John J. Kochen and Susan (Wagner) Kochen. Mrs. Garcia was a devoted homemaker to her family and a Christian who loved to read her bible and teach bible classes at home. Anne M. Garcia is survived by her loving daughters- Susan Provencal of Fairfield, CA, Teresa (George) Brown of Leesburg, FL , and Loretta (Manuel) Aguayo of Glendale, AZ: seven grandchildren: Rick Provencal, Dr. Jaclyn Mohning, Michael Brown, Joshua Brown, Alyssa Brown, Dina Aguayo and Jason Aguayo.
