Alicia Hopkins was born on August 23, 1991, in West Palm Beach Beach, FL to Kim Richardson and William Hopkins. Alicia graduated from Walden University in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Alicia is survived by her sisters India Hopkins, Rachel Richardon and her brother Rafelle Tate. Alicia will always be remembered by her sweet smile and her willingness to help others in need. Alicia was always there to give those in need words of comfort.
