Alice Stover DanielsNovember 16, 1944 - June 16, 2015Alice Stover Daniels, age 70, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away on June 16, 2015 at her home following a long and courageous battle with a chronic illness. She was born on November 16, 1944 in Trinidad, Colorado to Marjorie (Garcia) Stover and Glen Stover.Alice was raised in Aurora, Colorado and was the oldest of nine children. She graduated from Aurora High School and then completed three years of college at Idaho State University, majoring in Fine Arts. Alice was an accomplished artist. She enjoyed music, fly fishing, and was an avid reader. She loved the beach, especially Capitola, California. Alice was a wonderful cook and especially enjoyed spending quality time with her family.Alice worked as an Account Executive for various commercial insurance corporations and then case manager in Pocatello. She served as a CASA volunteer for many years and then finally retired in 2005.Alice married Christopher K. Daniels on May 10, 1986 in Aptos, California. They moved to Boise, Idaho from the San Francisco Bay area in 1988, and then onto Pocatello in 1993.Alice was preceded in death by her father, Glenn and mother Marjorie Crosier; brother, Christopher; and her foster daughter, Sabrina. She is survived by her loving husband, Christopher; brothers, Chaz, Jerry, Sean and Steven; sisters, Joette, Shelley and Valerie.A celebration of life will be held in July with date, time and place to be announced later.
