Willie Mathew’s , 66, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed on May 03, 2022. Willie was born on December 19, 1955. He was educated in the public schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg where he graduated from East Mecklenburg High School.
Willie drove a tractor trailer for many years over the road. He later became employed with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Utilities Department where he retired after 10 years of loyal service. Willie loved to travel to the mountain, myrtle beach, and wherever he found adventur. He was humorous and always left you laughin. He was so much fun to be around.

For the last three and a half years, Willie was an active and loyal member of United Baptist/ March of faith ministry, serving with the men's ministry kitchen committee, and was a regular attendee at church school. Willie loved the lord. He had a very unique relationship with his beloved pastor and pastor's wife, Rev and Mrs. Clement Morris, Jr. To God be the glory!

Willie was preceded in death by his sister, Felecia Mathew's and brother Nard Mathew's.

Left to cherish his memories are his "Boo" who cared for him during all his sickness and hospitalizations, Melissa; three sons, Ronald, Kareem, and Jamar. Two daughters; Nicole, and Shawn. Three brothers; John, Joseph, an Nard. Two sister; Felecia, and Sacha, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friend.
