Tommy Jackson, beloved son of Qwonzell Jackson and Tamika Blair, was born on May 5, 2000 in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois. He tragically passed away on April 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and happiness.

Tommy attended Uplift Community High School, where he excelled in his studies and graduated with honors in 2018. He had a passion for sports, particularly football, basketball, and racing. Tommy was known for his competitive spirit and love for the game.

Although Tommy had no children of his own, he had a large circle of friends who considered him family. His infectious smile and quick wit brightened the lives of all who knew him.

Tommy will be remembered for his playful nature, his love for adventure, and his unwavering loyalty to those he cared about. He leaves behind a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.
