Timothy Jose Ellison Obituary
Mar 03, 1936 - Nov 25, 2021
This obituary is administered by:
The hardest working engineer.
Timothy Ellison, 85, of Brooklyn, New York, passed on November 25, 2021. Timothy was born on March 03, 1936. Timothy was a determined family man with a passion for engineering. Born in Santiago de Cuba, he and his family migrated to Jamaica in 1952. As a child, he always enjoyed being hands-on and building whatever he could. He was a very respectful loving child and the same could be said all the way up to his recent passing. When he migrated, it was with his mother and 5 siblings where they lived on a farm in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Later down the road, he met his beloved wife Tanya Williams, aka ( the Deacon daughter ) and they end up having three kids Marylin Whyte, Vanessa Whyte, and Tony Ellison. In 1991, Timothy decided that moving to New York would bring a better life to him, his wife, and his three children; this move also opened an opportunity to obtain his U.S citizenship and follow his passion as an engineer. The older you get the wiser you get but the more health issues you get also. 2020 was a year that changed us all some way or another; that year birthed a virus known as Covid-19 which claimed millions of lives. Timothy and his wife were very fond of each other's company and spent quality time around each other; so when the news came in that Timothy tested positive for Covid, sadly his wife also tested positive. They fought together to beat it for some time but eventually, God decided it was time he embraced them with open arms into his eternal kingdom where their love story will forever continue. Rest in peace Timothy Ellison.
