Thomas Earl Rios, 68, passed on November 11, 2022. He was born to Earl Rios and Amy Franco on January 18, 1954.

He married Miriam Guerrero-Rios and they lived together in Bronx, New York. Together they raised 2 children Mark Anthony Rios (Delilah Magofna), Frank Richard Rios (Estella Black). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Thomas graduated from Kagman High School and received a degree from the Guam Community College.
