Sylvester Worthan also known by Syl , 81, passed on March 29, 2021. He was born to Seabon and Irene worthan on January 23, 1940 in McIntyre, Georgia.

He married Annie worthan in 1964 and they lived together in Detroit, Michigan. Together they raised 5 children Pamela harris, Chris lowe, Sylvester Worthan jr, Erick worthan, Vinitta worthan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Sylvester worked at Chrysler and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He had a true love for life and it brought him much joy to be able to protect and provide for his family and friends.
