FAIRBORN — Shauna Nichole Parker, age 40 of Fairborn passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on March 23, 1976 to Donnie and Becky Parker in Springfield, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Shauna leaves behind to cherish her memory, her fiancé who she has been with for 22 years, Ron Acree; her son, Patrick Acree; loving sister and best friend, Samantha (John) Knox; niece and nephew, Maddison and Dylan; mother-in-law, Nancy (Dean) Getter; her beloved yorkie, Yodi as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Darrell and Elsie Parker and maternal grandmother, Mary Gower. She was a graduate of Greenon High School and worked retail. Shauna loved to spend time with her family and friends, whether it was shopping with her mom and sister or a barbeque with friends, she was very sociable and loved to be around others. Shauna's motto was live, love and laugh and that's exactly what she did. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center with a life celebration service beginning at 6:00 p.m. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton for their compassionate care as well as the chemo center and staff at Kettering Medical Center.
