Sallie V. Jackson, age 75 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was the loving mother of 3. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the daughter of the late Mariethel Ganaway Tobin and Orenzio Tobin, Sr. Sallie attended Central High School and University of Kentucky. Sallie was an optician by trade and was employed with Eye Mart. She was a member of St. George Episcopal Church and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, going to the casino and cooking for family gatherings and singing. 

Sallie will be remembered for her gentle heart, kind spirit, her embrace to everyone and her Big Smiles. 

In addition to her parents, Sallie is preceded in death by her siblings, Wilsina, David, Rosco Tobin and Orenzio Tobin, Jr. 

Sallie leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
