Ruby was born February 2nd, 1930 and passed away on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018. Ruby was a resident of Kansas City Kansas at the time of her passing.

Ruby graduated from Sumner High School in 1948 and married Bob G. Silver Sr. who grew up with her in the church. Ruby was an active member of the Edwards County Golf Course and one of its most successful fundraisers. Many who knew her valued her friendship.

Survivors include her sister, Lucy; son, Kevin; stepson, Butch; granddaughters, Kimmie and Janet.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday 24th of February at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Greens Country Club golf course clubhouse Shawnee Kansas.
