Rodney Brooks was born on November 20,1968 in Cincinnati Ohio to the parents of Rev.Doc Foster and Mary Ann Bell (Sherman)

Rodney lived his life by touching others with his warming spirit and his laughter he loved to crack jokes and poke fun It was never a dull moment. Rodney loved family time especially birthday parties and cookouts. Rodney enjoyed playing football in his younger years at Taft he also loved to watch the Bengals play and indulged in video games.

You could find Rodney in his favorite park on Daly Road hanging with friends having a good time. Rodney was a compassionate, loving , very outgoing person. He couldn't hold no secrets though lol but he was a true listener and peacemaker and most of all a true believer in God.

Rodney was preceded in death by his Grandmother Annie R Brooks, Grandfather Frank Brooks. Aunt Willa R Brooks and Nephew Dorien Daniels.

Rodney leaves an Continuous Legacy of his life partner Lillian Harris and Children Rodnae S .Brooks, Rodney Brooks Jr., Shawnay Harris and Cincere Winslow. In addition he leaves behind the following siblings Craig A. Brooks, Lavetta Brooks, LeaChelle Brooks (Kay) Doc Foster jr. Nathaniel Foster, Yolanda Dubose and other bonus sibling. Also three Grandchildren Vahari Harris, Onyx Harris and Mac Grim the 4th. including his nieces and nephew's Charles , Maurice DuJuan Nyyear Dominique Makell Na'deera and Che'kolbi and a host of Family and Good Friends .
