Robert Bert "Bob" Ellis, 59, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at his residence.
Robert was born 01/08/1960 to parents Suzanne and Robert Sr. He went to McGavock High school in Nashville,Tn. He moved to Chattanooga in 1982 when he met his late wife Brenda Shropshire-Ellis. On 02/14/1985 they got married.He was a loving Husband and Father.
The couple left behind three children. Ametrius Smith-Shropshire-Ellis of Chattanooga, Mark Shropshire-Ellis of Chattanooga, Tn, And Amanda Paris Shropshire-Ellis. 3 grandchildren Shadarrien Mcclendon, Diamond Smith, and Christopher Smith of Chattanooga. They also left behind 9 great-grandchildren. And many uncles, aunts, family and friends.
No funeral has been arranged. Robert will be lying in state. A time of gathering will be held on 10/15/2019 at 10am at Taylor Funeral Home Chattanooga, Tennessee.
