Rev. Roy Scott, 58, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed on March 24, 2023. Rev. Roy was born on November 16, 1964.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Chenice Scott; daughter: Chantal Scott, grandchild: Josiah Scott.

Rev. Scott was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Bertha Scott; siblings, Alfonia Robinson Cousar, Raymond Scott, and Paul Robinson. Service to celebrate Rev. Scott’s life will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm at New Prospect Baptist Church in Townville, SC with Rev. Samuel McMahand, II, officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm,Friday, March 31, 2023 at The Unity Mortuary of Anderson. Burial will be at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery, Townville, SC with repass at his home 508 Cathcart Drive, Anderson, SC 29624.
