Our precious beloved mother, Phetso Nunes passed away on June 20,2021 with her family close by. Preceded in death by her husband Antonio Nunes,her parents, siblings and eldest daughter (Boikaego)

Phetso was born in Mosetse a village in Botswana where she and her husband had twon sons and ran home based wine business among other things.In August of 1984 they relocated to Buffalo NY and three years later in 1987 they gave birth their precious little girl Sheila. Phetso was a devoted mother to her kids .Here in Buffalo she worked odd jobs .Phetso made many friends some who have become family and nicknamed her "Pepsi" or "Pep

She often spoke of the love she had for her family back home and she yearned for the day to see them again. My mom loved her kids and all her grandchildren even the extended ones. My mom will remembered for a variety of things from her passion for music ,singing,dancing ,,her sarcasm even her fried chicken.. She was feisty but very loving and caring . Phetso will be missed greatly and forever bt will forever be in our hearts.

Phetso is survived by her two sons Adam and Antonio Nunes; her daughter Sheila Nunes; ten grandchildren Char'Dae, A'zihyah' Jay'Senya, Jai'Yahna, Mariah, Adam jr, Nevaeh, Adore, Amir and Thomas. Many extended grandchildren ;nieces ,nephews here and in botswana and host of friends and adopted sisters.
