Oscar know to many as Shorty, the dearly loved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle died October 24th 2020, from complications due to COVID-19. He was surrounded by his family at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland,Oh

Born Feb.2 1949, to Jacqueline and Oilver Malloy (both deceased), he grew up in Cleveland Heights and graduated from Cleveland Heights High School in 1960. He loved sports and was a varsity letter athlete, excelling in football, basketball and track.
