Oliver M. Turner , 77, passed on September 17, 2022. He was born to Frank Turner and Marion Turner of Chicago, Illinois on May 17, 1945.

He and his wife Samatha Turner of 43 years, lived together in Chicago, Illinois. Together they raised 2 children Anika Turner (Fletcher Stevens ), Shandra Turner-Patterson (John Patterson ). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren (Eric Stevens) and (Nicholas Turner)

Oliver graduated from Oak park Academy in 1962 and received a degree from the University of Illinois .

Oliver worked as a Chicago Police officer until he retired in 1997 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
