Norman Edward Snoe Jr, oldest son, born to the late Norman E. Sr. and Mary Snoe on March 29th, 1953 in Pittsburgh, PA was suddenly called to rest on May 18th, 2020. 
Preceding him in death is his younger brother Derrick Anthony Snoe. 
Norman attended Carrick High School, where he enjoyed sports such as basketball and football. He also enlisted in the Military where he served in the Airforce. 
He worked various jobs throughout his life which included security service and being a culinarian.
Affectionately known as "Nown", he enjoyed cooking, life, family, and friends. 
He was fondly teased by his family as being a magician because he would pull a "disappearing act" in the middle of family functions. 
 
Norman leaves behind his only beloved son, Marcus Proctor, a host of family and friends, with a special acknowledgment of his Brothers Inc family.
