Norma was a warming gifted soul who has gone on to see Jesus. She was a real pillar in the community and worked hard in the civil rights movement. After retiring from civil service she made a difference in the community by mentoring youth. Her heartfelt dedication and commitment to the betterment of the African American communities will live on in the hearts of everyone she touched.

No is preceded in death by her Mother, Jackie, Father, Norm and baby brother Lou. Norma leaves behind 3 siblings Deminica, Carol, and Larthatta and a host of other relatives. She will forever be missed now that she is with Jesus. Home going services to be held on April 20,2018 at Fullers Funeral Home in Oakland,CA.
