ANGOLA — Nicolas Alexander "Nick" Miller, age 26, of Angola, Indiana, passed away from injuries sustained in a car accident, November 1, 2016, in Steuben County, Indiana. Nicolas was born on December 14, 1989, in Coldwater, Michigan, the son of Laurence Lee Miller and Kimberly Ann (Erskine) Miller. He attended Angola schools where he made very close lifetime friends. He had been recently working at Applebee's in Angola. He loved tattoos and was considered to be very good at giving people tattoos, since he had been working at this for quite some time. He was very artistic and loved drawing, especially Superman. He also enjoyed comics, taking nature walks, cooking, and had attended Ivy Tech College for culinary arts. Nicolas was a very happy young man that lived life to the fullest. He had a heart of gold, and was someone who put his family and his friends, and everyone he knew, before himself. Survivors include his mother, Kimberly (Phil) Miller of Butler; Indiana, his father, Laurence L. (Helen) Miller of Leicester, England; a daughter, Avarie Kiana Miller of Michigan; brothers Joshua A. Miller and Justin L. Miller, both of Angola, Indiana, and Keegan "Sky" Miller of Butler, Indiana; an uncle, Caleb Erskine, and cousins, Shyann Erskine and Sierra Erskine, all of Angola, Indiana; and a grand-mother, Cindy Erskine of Pioneer, Ohio. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Tom Erskine. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6-8 pm Thursday, November 17, 2016, at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Burial will be held privately at a later time at Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola, Indiana Memorials in his memory can be made to the donor's choice.
