It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mckinley Sheppard at the Tampa General Hospital on Friday, June 12, 2020 after contracting a respiratory virus. Mckinley was in his 76th year.

Beloved husband and best friend of the late Pleasetta Mason.

Loving father of  Robin Olafemi, Frank Cutler, and Arthur-Ray Brown.

He was the proud grandfather to Vincent Hudson, Nayo Olafemi, Jaiden Penn, Melanie Cutler, Josiah Cutler, and Antonette Brown.

Dear brother-in-law of Eric Benett, Mary Lynn and Bill Margott.

He was the son of the late Mary and Harold of Lakehurst New Jersey, predeceased by sister Diana Esther and his sister-in-law Brenda Margott .

Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and many good friends.

He was a quiet and kind gentleman holding the highest integrity in business and in family life.

He loved going to the racetrack in the early years and really enjoyed it with the modern facility combined with a good meal and the slots at the casino.

He liked watching a good basketball game, spending time with family on Saturday nights and loved following crime stories.

Mckinley was above all passionate and proud of all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL, 33612 on Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, June, 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at  Oak Grove Cemetery.
