Mary Dianne (Lockhart) Kirkman, 52, of Indianapolis, peacefully passed away on November 25th, 2024. She was born on May 24th, 1972 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Joseph Lockhart and Patrecia (Gholson) Sondgerath.

Dianne was a loving and devoted mother who always put her family first. She was a dedicated partner, a loyal friend, and a kind-hearted soul who touched the lives of everyone she met.

Dianne attended Bishop Dwenger High School and Roncalli High School, graduating from Bishop Dwenger in 1990, and went on to pursue a successful career in the field of nursing. She had a passion for helping others. Whether that be during her time in nursing, helping her own mother navigate through the difficulties of the last few years of her life, or anything in between, she always found great joy in being able to share her time helping someone.

Survivors include her partner, Mike Jajuga; her two children, Austin Kirkman and Thomas Kirkman; her sisters, Ruth Niezgodski and Rachel Lockhart; and her brothers, Paul Lockhart and Tyler Lockhart.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Jude Catholic Church, 5353 McFarland Rd, Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:00am prior to the mass service.

Inurnment of ashes will take place at a later date at Floral Hill Cemetery in Hoopeston, Illinois.

Dianne will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her laughter, smile, and compassion will forever be remembered. May she rest in peace.
