Mack Drayton, 71, of Houston, Texas, passed on August 03, 2021. Mack was born on January 01, 1950.Mack Drayton passed away on August 03,2021, at the age of 71, in his place of residence of Corpus Christi, Texas. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Mack came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

As a child, Mack proclaimed that his goal was to become a “beach bum” when he grew up. This dream was fulfilled when he opened his paddleboard rental shop where he started selling custom boards for the local surf crowd.

Mack met the love of his life, Martha, while waiting tables while trying to get his business off the ground. It was love at first sight, and she supported business efforts every step of the way. Together, they had six child: Mattie, Betty, Sally Mae, Susan Lou, Albert, Joseph.

Mack will be honored in a beach-side celebration of life on August 7, 2021. Visiting hours are from 6 – 9 pm, with a short ash scattering ceremony at sunset.
