Larry K. Jorgensen passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at the age of 75. The youngest of four boys, he was born on August, 26, 1941, in Consumers, UT, to James and Dorothy Jorgensen. James passed on his sense of humor to Larry, and was known to have said to his son, "You were my last success, but not my last effort!" As a young boy, the family moved west to California and settled in Fresno, with the hope of building a better life. Larry graduated in 1959, from Roosevelt High School and went on to serve in the Army. He was a successful insurance agent and owner for many years, and loved to connect with his clients, whom he considered friends. He was an avid racing fan and took absolute joy in being at the track and announcing races as a hobby. He was a funny, compassionate, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife Gail; daughter, Jodi Jorgensen and spouse Troy Patterson; son, Eric Jorgensen; step-daughter, Kerri Ketner and spouse Mark; step-son, Kelly Flynn; and grandaughters, Rebecca and Victoria Ketner. As per his wishes, no service will be held. Remembrances may be made to the Dementia Society of America at http://www.dementiasoc iety.org/donate
