Larry Riggs, 63, passed on September 21, 2022. He was born to Thomas Riggs and Mary Anna Riggs in Baltimore, Maryland on January 03, 1959.

He married Dominique Hill in 1982 and they lived together in Baltimore, Maryland. Together they raised 3 children Sabrina Riggs, Shardae Riggs, and Robert Riggs. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

Larry graduated from Douglass High in 1975.

Larry worked at US Post Office until he retired in 2021 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
