Juan A Garrett, 31, passed away on June 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born on July, 1986 in San Antonio Texas, and resided most of his life there.

 

Juan graduated from Clermont, and held a job as a Journeyman Electrician after 13 years of service, and also owned and operated Intel Magazine in San Antonio.

 

Driving and family was his life. Juan took great pride in fighting for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. Juan donated countless hours to non-profit organizations to reach to those in need.

 

Juan is survived by his loving husband, Joseph Garrett; son, Louis Sanchez, Jorge Sanchez of Anderson; brothers, Alfred Sanchez, Hector Sanchez of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Alexia Baker of Campbell, CA; faithful K9 companions, Beau and Rocky.

 

Per request, family and friend gather for the deceased visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2019, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm at Mission Park Funeral Chapels, Cemeteries & Cremation Services; 1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214. Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019, 12:30pm at the same location.

 

The family would like to give a "Special Thanks" to, Dr. Gutierrez; Anaheim Living for his loving care of Juan during the last moments of his life.
