Jordan Sky Daniels was born on March 10, 2004, to James Mason and Jerusha Usry in Detroit, Michigan. Jordan was the only child of this union. At the age of 2, she met her mother's high school sweetheart, Brian Daniels and they form a bond that no one could break.

Jordan started attending church at an early age because of Brian. Jordan perfected the piano, drums and guiter because of Brian. Jordan was a talented musician and an excellent student. When Jordan was 4 years old, Brian stood in front of his church family and said he wanted to be responsible for Jordan. Jordan's mother filed paperwork with the county for Brian to become her father legally. It was than Jordan's last name changed from Usry to Daniels. A couple of days after Jordan begin calling Brian her daddy. Her mother, Jerusha showed Jordan the importance of getting good grades and outside activities. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Warren, Michigan. She lettered in volleyball, softball and tennis. Her mom always said she somehow got her love for sports from Brian. At the age of 12 she produced and wrote her first song with the help of her Dad called, "Rain'.

Jordan would always help her Dad whenever he was asked to play at different churches around the city of Detroit, Michigan. She also had a love of baking. She would bake cupcakes, cheese cakes and sweets with help of her two moms, Jerusha and Maia. Jordan also gained two sisters, Naima and Bria, two brothers, Mylan and Caleb.

Jordan departed this life on May 17, 2023 at 11:48pm. Jordan is survived by her parents Brian Daniels(Maia) and Jerusha Usry, two sisters Naima and Bria, two brothers, Mylan and Caleb, her grandmother, Thereatha Baker, a special friend Grayson Harper and a host of cousins, family and friends.
