John Bellone, 83, of Salinas passed away after a short illness on January 7, 2015 surrounded by his family. He was born in San Francisco and moved with his parents and brother to Castroville, CA when he was a young child where he lived most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Mary Bellone, his brother Mike Bellone Jr. and son-in-law, Jim Murphy. He is survived by his wife, Christine Gomes Bellone, son, Dan (Lisa) Bellone; daughter, Kellie Bellone Murphy; stepdaughter, Tiara Boyd, stepson, Sean Martin; and grandson, Jonathan Max Bellone.
