Jimmie Morris, 85, of Gary, Indiana, passed on August 27, 2021. Jimmie was born on April 02, 1936 a retired employee of Inland steel. He was a member of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wie Annell Morris, son Timothy Morris, 3 brothers Abraham, Walter Morris and Bob Owens. Jimmie is survived by son Timothy Morris; brother Samuel Morris, sister Fannie Mae Byrd and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Will be heald Saturday, September 4, 2021, in Newton, MS at the Dunlap & Thames Funeral Chapel 103 New Ireland St., Newton MS 39345.
