Jesse L Dale , 64, passed on March 31, 2021. He was born to Mitchell Naves and Sophia Naves on October 29, 1956.

He married Jacklyn in 1976 and they lived together in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Together they raised 3 children Herman Naves (Tammy Stevens ), Larry Naves (Mekika Naves), Lee Naves (Josephine Naves ). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Jesse graduated from Baldwin County in 1974.

Jesse worked at Concrete Grinder and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
