Schoenwalder, JeffreyJeffrey M. Schoenwalder, 51, passed away from this life and went to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2017, with his family at his side. He was born on January 21, 1966, in Green Bay, to James and Margaret (Mott) Schoenwalder. Jeff graduated from Southern Door County High School in 1984. On September 2, 1989, he married the love of his life, Christine Bloomquist, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Green Bay. Jeff and Chris lived most of their married life in Green Bay, where Jeff worked as an electrician before moving into field service work. When Jeff "retired," the two of them moved to their cabin in Crivitz. Jeff loved living in Crivitz where he could be outside making wood, bow hunting, fishing and "putzing". When asked, he was always willing to help others with their projects. He enjoyed sitting around the fire with family and friends, enjoying God's beautiful creation. Jeff loved it when people came to visit, especially his grandchildren. Family and friends meant the world to him.He is survived by his wife, Chris; two daughters, Stephanie Schoenwalder and her children, Darian and Braelie, and Kayla (Jamie) Strong and their daughter, Waverly; parents, Jim and Margaret (Marti) Schoenwalder; brother, Doug (Sarah) Schoenwalder; sister, Beth (Matt) Roeber; special step-grandmother, Joan (Virlee) Mott; father and mother-in-law, Tom and Delores Bloomquist; sisters-in-law, Lori Krumrei and Pamela Bloomquist; brother-in-law, Jeffrey (Tammy Malcore) Bloomquist; grandmother-in-law, Marie Bloomquist and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.Jeff was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Wilma Schoenwalder; maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Robert Mott Sr. and his aunt Diane Mott.Visitation will be held at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, on Friday, April 28, 2017, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 716 Henriette Avenue, Crivitz, WI from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am with Pastor Jonathan Zietlow officiating.
