James Parnell Jr, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on June 17, 2025 at the age of 25. Born on September 10, 1999 to his loving parents James Parnell Sr and Kimberly Tate, James was a beloved son, brother, and friend.

Although James did not have any children of his own, he cherished his time playing basketball and baseball with his friends. Known for his competitive spirit and love of sports, James always brought a smile and a laugh to those around him.

His infectious energy and positive attitude will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace, shooting hoops and hitting home runs in the great beyond.
