James Milton Hibbler was born May 23, 1954 to the late Pauline Hibbler Mangrum (Tim).

James accepted Christ as his lord and savior at and early age at Askew Grove M.B. Church. He worked at K.T. Clay until his health fail.

On April 15,1974 James was married to Ollie Mae Toliver to this union they had three children.

On Monday, March 14, 2022, James made his transition surrounded by family. Leaving to cherish his memories his wife Ollie Hibbler and their 3 son, Dennis Hibbler, Bennie Hibbler, and Gary Hibbler, all of Memphis TN, One sister Lillian Henderson (Larry) of Como Ms,Two brothers L.C. Mangrum (Gail) of Gary IN, M.C. Mangrum (Ethal) of Horn Lake MS. One granddaughter Kayla Hibbler of Jackson Ms. Four Cousin (brother) James Harris (Josephine), Raymond Harris (Dorothy) ,Larry Hibbler, and Anthony Hibbler (Tammy) One cousin (sister),Carolyn Payton. Three aunt's Louise Hibbler(willie), Debra Hibbler(Robert), And Dorothy Hibbler(Lucious) one Uncle Howard Eppenger(Sarah). Seven sister-n-laws two brother-n-laws. A host of cousin, nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephew. .

James was proceeded in death by his mother Pauline Mangrum stepfather Tim Mangrum 3 brother Kenneth Mangrum ,Thomas Mangrum and Chester Mangrum, One sister Carrie Nicholes and One cousin (brother) Eric Hibbler Sr.
