Jameka Shantel Jones was born in Detroit, MI on December 1st 1979 to Cynthia Jones & James Cabil (both of whom preceded her death).

Jameka was the second of 2 children, she attended Detroit Public Schools graduating from Charles C. Rogers academy ( to the joy of her grandmother late Martha Billingsley.

Jameka or Da Queen as she was affecionately known loved life and live it to the fullest until her death on November 6th, 2020

Jameka leaves to cherish her death memory 3 sons Jemere, Jamari and Jamani and 1 daugther Jamaya and 6 brothers Terrill(Cynthia) James Torey Jereme Bobby and Micheal (James)

Her cousins raised as her siblings Scherrie, Reginald, Allen and Kellen and a host of other Aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends .
