Henry Peterson, 61, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed on December 4th , 2021. Henry was born on December 10, 1959.

Musician and retired elementary school principal Henry Peterson love of life didn’t come to an end with his death. Henry passed away on December 4 , 2021 at the age of 61 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Henry completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of New York. After teaching for 10 years, He went back to school to complete a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in Charlotte North Carolina. Henry pride was in his school and students. The love of life didn’t come to an end with his death. He shared his passion for learning with thousands of children over the years.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Henry. He loved a quiet evening with friends and family. During school breaks Henry often explored the local hiking trails and found beauty in the spring wildflowers. He had an uncanny ability to find happiness in his daily activities. His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone he met. Henry is survived by her Wife, Mary; a son, Calvin; a sister, Judy; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren .
