On Sunday November 14, 2021 Hannah D Woolen, a loving mother and grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 81.
Hannah was born January 25,1940, in Henderson Texas to Monroe Medford and Easter Black. To this union,  thirteen children were born.
Hannah accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.

She became a member of Bible Way to Calvary Full Gospel Church in 1987,  under the leadership of Pastor Bernice Jackson.
She worked for the city of Dallas until 1983. She received her barber‘s license from Graham‘s Barber College in 1984.
Hannah had a passion for cShe is survived by three siblings Ruth Hazel Medford, Kenneth Medford and Thomas Medford; daughters, Ophelia Mouton (Jeffrey), Sonya Harmon; 7 grandchildren,  Christopher (Whitney), Breana, Kevin (Lisa), Keana, Lysundra (Steve), Stasha, and Dewayne; 15 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.utting hair and she did it until her body would not allow her to stand anymore.

Hannah loved her family and good home cooking, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and reading her bible.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Easter Medford; husband, Alonzo Woolen; 9 siblings;  and daughters, Regina Jones and Frances Jones.
