Grishom James Liddell was born to Zeola & Charles Liddell in Greensboro North Carolina. He was the 6th of 12 children . Grishom attended Greensboro public schools & also received his high school Diploma from Greensboro High School. He later relocated to Charlotte North Carolina & Met the love of his life Bernadine Ann Taylor. They married in 1965 . Grishom welcome 3 children to his holy Union . Grishom worked for the Carolina Railroad company for 20 years were he happily retired. Grishom enjoyed singing, fishing and playing cards. He lost his strong long battle to cancer on June 7,2020 comfortably in his home. 

He leaves his behind his loving wife Bernadine Liddell, his 5 sisters Carol(John),Candice(Ronald),Griselda,Patricia(Anthony),Kimberly(Tim), his 2 children Tony(Beverly), Vanessa. His 6 loving grandchildren Latoya, Evin, Elysia, Renita , Markita, Kayla . His 4 great grandchildren Sienna, Braylen, Korie, Jazelle
