Franklin Watson, 58, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed on January 27, 2021. Franklin was born on January 01, 1947 to the parents of the late betty anne franklin and the late thomas andrew franklin. Survived by His three children Catrina franklin (the eldest), Quinton Franklin (the middle child) and his adopted son Devon Watson (the baby).  

Franklin was an honest God fearing man who loved his children dearly and he laughed whole-heartedly. He worked for Libbey Glass in shreveport before retiring two years ago. He simply stated \"I dont know how much time i have left, so i want to spend the time i do have with my loved ones. All the money in the world and time is free\"
