ANDOVER-Fuksa, Frank E. Jr. 41, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016, in Wichita. Frank was born on June 3, 1975 in Wichita, KS, the son of Frank and Peggy Fuksa. Frank and Michelle (Booth) Fuksa were united in marriage on September 29, 2001, and are the proud parents of Lauren, 12, Olivia. 11, Grant and Ryan, 9. Frank was employed by Organix Recycling. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his loving wife, Michelle; four children; mother, Peggy Fuksa; sister, Hilary Fuksa; brother, Morgan Fuksa, all of Wichita. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Life.Church, 338 N. 127th St. E., Wichita, KS. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 6231 W. 47th St. S., Wichita.
