Fay McFerran Griffin went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 3, 2015. He was born on July 29, 1927 in Sherrill, NY.

Fay was a non-judgmental, patient, kind, and gentle soul. He loved everyone the same, whether they were in prison, liked or didn't like baseball, or had any other differences than him. He invested his heart and soul in relationships. His greatest joy was encouraging individuals to become the best person they could be and recognizing their call from God in their lives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Faye Griffin; sister, Marie Froelich; brother, Howard Griffin.

Fay Griffin was a devoted husband, loving father, beloved brother, and an encouraging friend. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Gloria; son, Christopher (and wife, Naomi) of Alameda, CA; daughter, Noelle of Marina, CA; his brother, Bob (and wife, Midge) of Syracuse, NY; sister, Ruth French (and husband, Rich) of Charlottesville, VA; numerous nephews and nieces.
