Fannie Monroe 92passed on January 08, 2023. Fannie was born on July 15, 1930 to Fannie and Patrick Farmer. She was the youngest of seven siblings Percy, Lester, Charles, George, Jesse, and Esther. She was a decaness at Greater Allen Church for 50 years. Fannie served as a foster grandparent for 20 years. She worked at Oliver High School in the daycare doing what she loved. She was the family cook and her family’s favorite dish was her macaroni and cheese and sweet potato pie. She loved to host family gatherings and card games. Fannie was a two time breast cancer survivor. She leaves behind children Frank Harrison, Charlotte Boxley, Marsha Britt, grandchildren Tiffany Hawkins, Terra Monroe, Monica Reynolds, Darnice Glascoe, great grandchildren Ashley Falconer, Londell Falconer, Jasmine Hawkins, Deondre Wilkins, Sherron Marsh, Mekhi Reynolds, and Tru Dobbins. She now joins Her mother and father, six siblings, daughter Karen Monroe, son Ronald Harrison, grandson Terrance Monroe, and son in law William Britt. She will be truly missed.
