Eugene Byron Kiser was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 12th, 1950. Son of late Steven Kiser and Grace Ann Kiser. He is survived by his spouse Michelle Laurena Kiser and his three kids Steven Kiser, Laurena Annabell Kiser- Greenblat and Carl Byron Kiser. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Robert Oliver Kiser, Kyle Gabriel Kiser, Tiffany Rose Kiser, Asia Nicole Kiser and Annabella Grace Smith, and lots of great grandchildren.

Eugene graduated from Truman High. There he met and fell inlove with his highschool sweetheart Michelle. After graduating they moved to Texas to settle down. As he went to medical school and became a pediatrician. They had three children and michelle loved being a stay at home mom. They built there life in Texas and that is where he retired. Eugene and Micheele loved to travel any chance they got. Michelle is now traveling any chance she gets in remembrance of her late husband. Eugene loved to be outdoors, when he wasn't working he would find the time to go hiking, fishing and boating. He was very protective ove the wildlife and loved all animals. He was a genuine kind hearted soul and loved to share that with others.
