Esther was born on April 1, 1933 in Methoni, Greece. She passed away peacefully on January 25, 2017. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years, Theodore; her daughters Betty and Tammy and her son-in-law Freddy. She expressed unfailing love to her two grandchildren, Katerina and Theo, and brought great joy into their lives. The love, support, and insight she shared with her grandchildren will stay with them forever. Esther was a woman of great faith and encouraged everyone to place God first in their lives. The family is so grateful to all the staff at Asbury Park for the wonderful care she received. Friends are invited to attend a Trisagion service on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at 7 pm and Funeral Services on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 11:30 am at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 600 Alhambra Blvd. Interment East Lawn. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Sacramento.
