Elvin Starks Jr. 67, passed on October 08, 2020. He was born to Elvin Starks Sr. and Johnie Lee Robinson-Starks in Parkdale, Arkansas on June 29, 1953.

He married Willie Beatrice Starks in 2011 and they lived together in Indianapolis, Indiana. He leaves to cherish his memory 4 children; Tonya McDaniel, Lavocha (Peaches) Bridgeforth, Anthony E. Starks, Stacie Young, 5 step-children,Linda Young, Reneldo Young, William Young (Robin), Maurice Young (Samantha ), Demeturia Wells (Johnny). Sisters;Mae Helen (Arthur) Williams, Gloria Gladys, Marilyn Starks, Carolyn Starks, Shirley Taylor. Brothers,Billy Ray Starks, Alonzo Starks, Larry Starks, He is also survived by 24 grandchildren. Elvin(Blue) was preceded in death by his parents, a step-son ,4 siblings & 3 grandchildren.

Elvin (Blue) graduated from Arsenal Technical High School.Elvin (Blue) worked at BHB Investments, LLC Blue was a handyman and a jack of all trades. Elvin (Blue) was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He loved his family, friends and seeing about Bea his loving wife. Blue was always the life of the party and will be missed dearly.
