Dyon Antoine Blount Obituary

from Los Angeles, California, United States

A lover of Life

On March25, 2022 we lost someone so special to our family. Our Brother, son, Father and friend.Dyon had sucha passion for lifeand everything that he believed in. He had a great sense of humor and the ability to bring light to any situation. He loved growing plants, meaningful scriptures, cars, cooking and music. Even in the toughest of times he remained hopeful and optimistic. Dyon was very strong he would fight through obstacle that was thrown his way all the way until his last moments earthside. HE WAS A TRUE FIGHTER!

Although Dyon is no longer here with us on earth, we know that he is at peace and free of pain. We will miss him.... forever and for always. Dyon is survived by his mother, his children , and six siblings. Dyon will be truly missed and his absence has already been felt throughout his family.

Memories and quotes from family

"Bullshit aint nothin but chewed up grass" Big bro Michael

I am forever changed but you will never be forgotten. I love how he could make a meal out of anything and loved fresh fruits and veggies. The kids laughed because there was never leftovers when Uncle lived with us. My children will always remember the first day of school when Uncle was there and we had the neighborhood silly string fight all the kids had so much fun. Thank you for those memories for the rest of our lives we will keep telling all the funny stories we remember of you until we meet again Big brother. Sister Cindy

Dyon was so kindhearted , he would make sure to check in no matter whator where he was in the world. He always started our conversations with"I love you sis", and he called me little big sister . He was always very supportive of me and we shared the fitness bug. He always called me "Rara" I am going to miss him so much. Sister Rosalyn

I love you big brother.... forever and always. Sister Kiesha

I was in the 8th grade and Dyon dropped me off at school in his Honda Del Sol (Black sports car)everyone thought that he was so cool. I'll never forget that he made me popular for like 2 weeks. Thanks bro "I love you we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Sister Nikki

I love you big brother. Sister Ebonie

Dyon had a favorite scripture and it was Psalms 91: He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, " He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.

"My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trials and suffering when you see only one set of footprints , it is then that I carried you."

Your heavenly father
